Option 1 — in the app
- Open Financial Recon and sign in.
- On the home screen, tap Delete my account.
- Confirm.
Option 2 — by email
If you no longer have the app or can't sign in, email support@paperlessjobcard.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my Financial Recon account”. We confirm the request came from the account holder and complete it within 30 days.
What is deleted, and what is kept
- Field user or supervisor: your sign-in is disabled permanently and your email address is removed straight away. Entries you already submitted are your organisation's financial records, so they stay on its log under your name until the organisation itself is deleted.
- Organisation admin: your whole organisation is deleted — every user, entry, slip photo, signature, location and setting — within 30 days. Export anything you need from the dashboard first.
