Financial Recon is provided by PING NETWORKS (PTY) LTD (registration number 2025/399424/07). By creating an organisation or using the Financial Recon app or web dashboard, you agree to these Terms on behalf of the organisation you represent.
Financial Recon lets an organisation's team record cash withdrawals, spend and EFT payments on their phones — with a slip photo, signature and location — and lets its admins reconcile them from a web dashboard. It is a record-keeping tool; it does not move money, hold funds or connect to bank accounts.
An organisation admin creates the organisation and adds users. Admins are responsible for who they add and for keeping sign-in details confidential.
The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are sold and invoiced through our website, never inside the mobile app. Current plans and prices are published on our website.
Your organisation owns the entries it records. We process them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy, and consent on your organisation's behalf to processing outside South Africa as described there.
Don't use Financial Recon to record anything you have no right to record, attempt to access another organisation's data, or interfere with the service.
You can delete your account at any time — see the account deletion page. We may suspend an account that breaches these Terms.
The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under South African law.
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa.
